Worm Gearbox

Euronorm worm gearbox products are available from stock, high quality and competitively priced. The worm gearbox is composed of a worm and worm wheel, which is enclosed in a square housing. Due to this square structural form, the worm gearbox can be mounted in various ways in machines or other applications. There are several accessories available for easy mounting. Examples include a torque arm, various types of flanges, shafts and more.

The JRSTD / NMRV types are provided with a mounting flange IEC type B5 (large flange) or type B14A (small flange). As a result, IEC standard motors can be mounted on the gear unit.

The worm wheel transmission ratio’s are available in i = 7,5 to i = 100. With a double worm gear ratios can be achieved of up to i = 10,000.

Depending on the application it may also require an ATEX label on the worm gear.

The worm gearboxes are available in the following scope:
• Model sizes from 25 to 150
• output torque from 14Nm to 3.000Nm
• Output shaft sizes from 11mm to 50mm
• Gear ratios of i = 7.5 to and including i = 10,000
• Power from 0,06kW to 15kW

Due to the compact design of the worm gear reducers these components are suitable for many applications. Due to the constant high quality and the competitive pricing of the Euronorm worm gear reducer they are very suitable to be applied in machines and production processes.

The worm gear quality is guaranteed by producing strictly under UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008. Supplied materials are also strictly controlled and selected on their proven quality. The use of A-brand parts, such as NSK bearings and Simrit oil seals, precisely machined parts and applying an accurately hardened and ground worm shaft (grade 6), and a high-quality worm wheel guarantee a long life, a minimum noise and high efficiency.
